What is coaching?
Coaching has been defined in many ways. The essence of coaching is:

What can I work on with you as a coach?
The answer is, “Just about anything!” Increased performance, discovering your destiny, getting organized, regular exercise, slowing down, turning a dream into reality—you only need to answer the question, “What do I want to accomplish?” Coaching works in just about any area because it is about helping you learn. A coach is not an expert advising you in a particular field (that’s consulting), or someone more experienced who’s showing you the ropes (that’s mentoring). Coaches are change experts who help you find the solution for your unique situation. So if you want more from life—more growth, greater purpose, maximum performance—look into what a personal coach has to offer.
As a coach, it's important for me to understand how you view the world in general and yourself in particular. Each person has a unique way of thinking and a unique way of interacting with those around him or her. After I have evaluated your intake form we will identify 3-5 goals for the year. I will then help you create a plan to achieve these goals, create a process for progress, measure and tweak and redefine goals. Through the process of achieving your goals, we do the inner work to overcome any limitations and emotional roadblocks that prevent you from moving forward.
Is there a minimun commitment?
I offer various coaching packages starting from 3 - 12 months.
